Which file formats can I upload?
The calculator processes DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES and STL – as a single file or bundled in a ZIP, up to 516 MB. For DXF/DWG files that only contain the cutting outline, simply add the material thickness.
Do I need to register to see a price?
No. The instant price works without registration – unlike many large platforms. You only need an account once you actually place an order.
Can I order as a private individual?
Yes. Laserteile Online manufactures for businesses and private customers alike – from a single part, for example Corten steel decor, signs or spare parts. The minimum order value of €30 net applies.
Which materials and thicknesses are available?
10 materials are available in the calculator: steel S235/S355 up to 20 mm, stainless steel V2A/V4A up to 15 mm, aluminium AlMg3 up to 12 mm, Corten steel up to 15 mm, plus galvanised sheet, DD11/DC01 and HB 400 wear-resistant plate. The maximum sheet size is 3,000 × 1,500 mm.
How quickly are my laser parts delivered?
Standard delivery starts at 2 working days. When material is in stock, production sometimes starts within 24 hours; for a surcharge, same-day express production is possible. Shipping as a parcel (24 h possible) or by freight carrier (24–72 h).
Is the instant price binding?
You immediately receive a non-binding quote with the calculated price. It only becomes a binding order once you place it – with no hidden costs.
Does Laserteile Online also make small batches and prototypes?
Yes, from a single part – from one-off parts through prototypes to small batches. For large projects from €5,000 order value, the team puts together individual quotes with dedicated project support.
