Shipping Methods
Parcel shipments are sent via DPD. The shipping method depends on the total weight of the order and the longest edge of each individual part.
If the total weight is at most 30 kg and no edge of any part is longer than 1,500 mm, the shipment is sent as a parcel. As soon as the total weight exceeds 30 kg, or the longest edge of even a single part exceeds 1,500 mm, delivery is made by freight carrier. The length threshold applies regardless of weight, because shipments with a longer edge cannot be accepted as a parcel.
Packaging and Shipping Costs
The amounts below are net prices. For consumers, the gross price including 19% VAT is additionally shown for each.
- Parcel up to 2 kg: €10.00 net / €11.90 gross
- Parcel over 2 kg up to 5 kg: €12.00 net / €14.28 gross
- Parcel over 5 kg up to 10 kg: €15.00 net / €17.85 gross
- Parcel over 10 kg up to 20 kg: €23.00 net / €27.37 gross
- Parcel over 20 kg up to 30 kg: €32.00 net / €38.08 gross
- Freight carrier for more than 30 kg total weight or an edge over 1,500 mm: €85.00 net / €101.15 gross flat rate
Costs are shown separately at checkout before the order with an obligation to pay is submitted. On the invoice, this item is labelled “Packaging and shipping costs” regardless of the shipping method.
Delivery Time
The delivery time is 3 to 5 working days after receipt of payment. The delivery period begins on the day after payment is received. Working days for the purposes of this notice are Monday to Friday, excluding statutory public holidays at the provider's registered location in Greiz.
Payment alone does not constitute acceptance of the order. Before production begins, we personally review the uploaded data for technical feasibility and the plausibility of the automatic calculation. Production only begins after payment has been received, after this review has been completed, and after acceptance of the customer's offer under Sections 3 and 4 of our General Terms and Conditions.
If an order cannot be carried out technically as ordered, we inform the customer before production begins. If no agreement is reached on an amended specification or an adjusted price, the amount already paid is refunded in full using the same means of payment.
Order Limits and Payment
The minimum order value for direct purchase is €30.00 net. From an order value of €2,500.00 net, an instant order is not possible; in this case, we prepare an individual quote on request.
Payment is made exclusively in advance. Depending on availability at checkout, the options offered are credit card, Klarna, Google Pay and Apple Pay via Stripe, as well as PayPal. The full final amount, including VAT and packaging and shipping costs, is shown before the order is submitted.
Passing of Risk and Transport Damage
For consumers, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration generally only passes upon handover of the goods to the consumer or a recipient named by them. For businesses, the risk passes to the carrier upon handover of the goods to the transport company. Section 6 of our General Terms and Conditions applies in addition.
Obvious transport damage should, where possible, be documented directly with the delivery driver and reported to us at info@fexon-blechbearbeitung.de. Consumers' statutory rights are not restricted by a failure to report damage to the delivery driver.
