Laserteile Online: laser manufacturing from Greiz, Thuringia

Laserteile Online is a project of fexon e.K. from Greiz in Thuringia, run by owner Christian Fischer. Production runs on Bystronic machinery: laser cuts up to 3,000 × 1,500 mm, steel up to 20 mm, bending up to 3 m with 150 t of press force. The instant price calculator works out the price in about 60 seconds – with no registration.

The company

A manufacturing business – not an anonymous marketplace

Behind Laserteile-Online.eu stands fexon e.K., based in Greiz and registered with the commercial register of the Jena local court under HRA 503853. Owner Christian Fischer runs the company personally – which is why the footer has always read: “Laserteile-Online.eu is a project by fexon®”.

Anyone ordering here gets their parts straight from in-house production: laser cutting up to 3,000 × 1,500 mm and bending up to 3 m run on Bystronic machinery at the Greiz site. Standard materials such as steel, aluminium and stainless steel are almost always in stock in every thickness – that keeps delivery from 2 working days realistic, and with material available, production sometimes starts within 24 hours.

Short lines of communication are part of the concept: questions about feasibility, material or timing are answered directly by the team – with no ticket system and no call centre. For anything the calculator doesn’t cover, there’s the individual quote request.

Fibre laser instead of CO2 – with BySoft as the link

The ByStar Fiber works with fibre laser technology: faster and more energy efficient than CO2 lasers, precise in the cut and low-maintenance in operation. The Xpert then bends with a 6-axis back gauge, live angle monitoring and 3D visualisation – steel and stainless steel up to 15 mm, aluminium up to 12 mm.

The link between them is the BySoft CAD/CAM software: it checks the uploaded CAD data and translates it into the programmes for the laser and press brake. That turns your DXF, DWG or STEP file directly into a production order, with no detours.

Why online?

The calculator is our second product: digitised calculation

Classic sheet metal fabrication calculates quotes by hand – that takes days. Laserteile Online has digitised that step.

The instant price calculator analyses your CAD file (DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES, STL – up to 516 MB, also as a ZIP batch) and delivers the price in about 60 seconds, with no registration. The minimum order value of 50 net plus shipping applies.

Whatever doesn’t fit a standard scheme stays hands-on work: for large projects from €5,000 order value, the team calculates individually – with the day’s current sheet metal prices.

Team

Owner-managed: short lines instead of a corporate structure

For you, that means: whoever calls or writes ends up directly with the production team in Greiz. Feasibility questions, material swaps or timing requests are settled with no detours. A visit to the production site is possible on request.
