What private customers have laser cut
From the garden to the workshop: anything that can be drawn as a contour can be cut from sheet metal – in industrial quality, but already from a single part.
Production runs on the same Bystronic fibre lasers as for industrial customers – with sheet formats up to 3,000 × 1,500 mm and 10 materials from 0.5 to 20 mm. The difference from the hardware store: you don’t get an approximate cut, but exactly the contour from your file.
Corten steel décor for the garden
A weathering-steel classic: bed edging, privacy-screen elements, fire-drum motifs or name signs in Corten steel – the weathering patina forms outdoors on its own.
House numbers + signs

And for very simple shapes, you don’t even need a file at all: in the quick calculator, you enter the dimensions directly – handy for rectangular plates, strips or cuts made to measure.

Which material suits your project?
Especially for the garden and outdoor areas, the material determines the service life. These combinations have proven themselves:

Understanding the price
How your price is set – transparent instead of a flat rate
Laserteile Online deliberately doesn't name made-up example prices: every price is calculated from your real file.
- Material + thickness: stainless steel costs more than steel, 10 mm more than 2 mm
- Contour cut length: the further the laser has to travel, the higher the price
- Quantity: more parts lower the unit price – the calculator shows it live
- Floor: minimum order value 50 € net plus shipping – several parts can be bundled for that

Honestly: this isn’t possible
- Protected logos + motifs: data and logos subject to trademark rights are not processed – your own designs, on the other hand, are fine at any time.
- Orders under 50 € net: below the minimum order value, production isn’t possible – it’s often worth combining two or three ideas into one order.

I only have a sketch – can I still order?
Yes. Either you trace the contour for free in Inkscape and export it as a DXF – the guide for that is in the knowledge section – or you send a sketch or photo with dimensions via the quote request form. The team will then get back to you with a quote.
Which material suits outdoor use?
Three proven routes: Corten steel forms a decorative, protective rust patina (up to 15 mm), stainless steel V2A/V4A stays bare and corrosion-resistant (up to 15 mm), and ordinary steel is made weatherproof through galvanising or powder coating in a RAL colour.
How long does it take for my part to arrive?
Delivery starts at 2 working days. Standard materials such as steel, aluminium and stainless steel are almost always in stock, and production sometimes starts within 24 hours. Shipping is by parcel (24 h possible) or, for large parts, by freight carrier (24–72 h).
Can I collect my parts myself?
Collection is possible on request – please arrange it in advance by email or via the quote request form. By default, all parts are conveniently delivered by parcel or freight carrier.
Can I have a logo or club crest laser cut?
Only if you hold the rights to it: data and logos subject to trademark rights are not processed. Your own designs, lettering, names and self-created motifs, on the other hand, are no problem at all.
Which file formats can I upload?
The calculator accepts DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES and STL – individually or as a ZIP, up to 516 MB. For simple shapes with no CAD file, there's also the quick calculator, where you enter dimensions directly.
